Commercial terms — Kinshasa plant

What binds TakaPlast is public: incoterm, minimum order quantities, payment, claims, governing law. The priced grid is provided on request with the sheets — within 48 business hours.

A single catalogue price per product, identical from the first batch delivered. FCA Kinshasa plant — loading of your vehicle is carried out by TakaPlast. Minimum quantity of one packaging unit — one big bag, one drum, ten square metres of pavers.

There is no launch price, no per-year grid and no public modulation scale. Particular conditions — volume, commitment term, payment schedule, transport — are settled by quote.

Full price grid, product sheet, technical sheet and safety data sheet provided within 48 business hours, on request and without commitment.

Terms applicable to the Kinshasa plant. Terms for future sites will be set according to their respective markets.
Start-up: 8 months from construction launch. The confirmed schedule is communicated to letter-of-intent signatories as soon as works begin.

General terms of sale (public)

These terms are published for information purposes. They will take effect upon company registration and plant start-up.
Currency & incoterm
USD, FCA Kinshasa plant, on all products — loading of your vehicle is carried out by TakaPlast. Optional Kinshasa delivery, billed per trip.
Payment
50% deposit at order, balance on delivery. 15–30 d credit after 3 cash-settled orders.
Minimums
1 big bag (pellets, rPET flakes) · 1 drum (fuel) · 10 m² (pavers).
Modulation
No launch price, no per-year grid, no public scale. Particular conditions are settled by quote.
Claims
15 days after delivery, against the batch certificate of analysis.
Governing law
OHADA law (DRC). Company in the process of incorporation. Full terms provided with every quote.
