TakaPlast builds and operates in Kinkole the first tri-stream plastic waste recovery plant in Kinshasa: 50 t/day in, three product lines out, zero residual waste.
The model is industrial: near-free local feedstock, import-substituting products, margins sustainable without subsidy. Environmental and social impact is the consequence — measured and published, never oversold.

Build and stabilize: Kinkole plant at nominal capacity, three qualified streams, profitable operations.
2029–2031
Densify: second line, tipping fees at scale, FOB export, monetized carbon certification.
2032–2035
Replicate: the tri-stream model duplicated in other cities of the region — same discipline, same public numbers.
